V: What is a TM introlecture?

A TM introlecture is a free, no-obligation presentation of how the TM technique works and what you can expect from it. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions. The purpose of this lecture is to give you all information so you can decide for yourself whether TM is something for you.

V: How long does the introlecture last?

Usually one to one and a half hour, depending on the amount of questions it can sometimes go to two hours.

V: Will I learn to practice TM already in this lecture?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to learn the TM technique in a public lecture. If it would be possible to get these type of effects in such an easy way, the world would already look very different. This technique is so effective because it is completely natural, but natural means something else for everybody. So to learn to practice this technique correctly requires personal guidance, so it can’t be taught in a group.

V: Is there a cost to participate in this introlecture?

V: I have already decided that I want to learn TM. Do have still have to join the introlecture?

That is advisable, yes, because we’ll discuss a lot of practical points of the learning process. If it really isn’t possible to participate in the public lecture, then you can always contact your TM teacher to see whether he can talk with your privately, even over the phone or skype.
